How to make Sencha : 

1 Boil water and let it cool to 175-185°F (80-85°C).

2 Place 1-1.5 teaspoons of Sencha leaves in a teapot or teacup.

3 Pour hot water over the leaves, covering them evenly.

4 Steep for 1-2 minutes (adjust for taste).

5 Strain or remove the leaves.
