Return & Exchange Policy
At KiOra Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely pleased with your product, please review our return policy below:
Online Store Return Details (UAE Only)
- You have 3 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Only items purchased directly from KiOra Tea's online store can be returned to us.
Return Requirements
- When returning a product, please ensure that it is repackaged with all the goods and documentation that were included when you received it.
Processing Time
- Once we receive the returned product(s), please allow us up to 7 business days to process the return and issue credit.
Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Shipments
- KiOra Tea is not responsible for lost shipments during the return process. Please ensure you use a reliable and trackable shipping method.
We aim to make your return process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team .
Deliveries in the UAE
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days, with free delivery on orders above AED 250/- (AED Two Hundred Fifty Only). AED 18-20 /- (AED EIGHTEEN to TWENTY Only) Delivery charge applies to orders below AED 250/- (AED Two Hundred Fifty Only). Any discount codes apply only to goods purchased, not to postage costs.
Self-collection
We operate from Abu Dhabi, UAE. But we do not offer self collection at this time.
Deliveries to other GCC countries and MENA
We deliver to these GCC and MENA countries: Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, KSA , Qatar,Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt . Shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on partner’s courier charges.
You order will be delivered from 5-8 business days, subject to customs. KiOraTea (KiOra Herb and Herb) don't take any responsibility for the safety and condition of the shipment while handled by courier partner.
Deliveries to other countries
KiOrTea delivers to USA, and certain European countries. For international delivery other than GCC and MENA and if your country is not listed, please contact us via the contact form on our website https://www.kioratea.com/contact
www.kioratea.ae and ww.kioratea.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
