Matcha is made from shade-grown tea leaves, typically from the Camellia sinensis plant. The shading process increases the chlorophyll content in the leaves, giving matcha its bright green color. The leaves are harvested, steamed, dried, and then ground into a fine powder.

To prepare Matcha drink : 
Step 1: Gently heat spring or filtered water.
Step 2: In a separate container, combine a few drops of hot water with matcha powder and stir until a smooth paste forms, using a spoon.
Step 3: Gradually add more hot water to the paste mixture while stirring. A good starting point is 1 teaspoon of matcha to 6 ounces of water. Adjust the measurement to your preferred taste.
Step 4: Your matcha drink is now ready to enjoy.
