Matcha is a grounded green tea that it has unique flavour, vibrant green color and health benefits. It is also traditional to Japan that has become popular worldwide.
Matcha is made of from green leaves in shaded mode. Typically from the camellia sinese
plant. Since, the shading process does increase the chlorophyll content in the leaves
which gives matcha bright green color. Once harvested it will go through steam
then dried and they ground into a fine powder.Matcha gain popular due its unique flavour and health benefits and enjoyed with its
traditional cultural significance and as a modern recipe in a various drinks and dishes.
To prepare Matcha drink :
Step 1: Gently heat spring or filtered water.
Step 2: In a separate container, combine a few drops of hot water with matcha powder and stir until a smooth paste forms, using a spoon.
Step 3: Gradually add more hot water to the paste mixture while stirring. A good starting point is 1 teaspoon of matcha to 6 ounces of water. Adjust the measurement to your preferred taste.
Step 4: Your matcha drink is now ready to enjoy.
